Peter Herbert

Peter Herbert is an accomplished and successful writer and producer with an extensive range of credits in television, stage, events and film. He has worked in senior executive, management and creative positions for major Australian, American and English companies. He has created original programs and formats and has successfully sold his own work around the world. Broadcasters include Comedy Central in the US, Paramount Comedy Channel, BBC, Channel 5 and Sky in the UK. Peter has been responsible for many number-one rating and award winning dramas and comedies on Australian television – Cop Shop, The Flying Doctors, The Comedy Company, Acropolis Now, Dossa and Joe and he has created and/or co-created highly successful and internationally prestigious annual events on the comedy calendar.  The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Charity Gala, still an annual event, and The World Comedy Tour. Peter currently is the Program Convenor Screen Business at the Australian Film Television’s and Radio School (AFTRS) and has extensive experience teaching throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Krista Jordan
Krista Jordan has over 25 years’ experience across creative production and business operations. Her creative film credits include The Matrix, Moulin Rouge, and the Academy Award winning Happy Feet. She has worked extensively in VFX, commercial production, and broadcast design for local and global clients and has held various studio leadership roles.
Currently her work focuses on industry engagement and consultation for contemporary screen practice, animation, hybrid and ‘Virtual’ production and continues her teaching at AFTRS as the Discipline Lead, Innovation and Technology for the Master of Screen Business. She has an extensive professional network in the local and international industry and across educational providers, government, and corporate bodies.
