About Kuek Ser Kuang Keng
He is the Founder of Data-N since 2015 until present. (An award-winning digital Journalist, Data Journalism Trainer and Media Consultant, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.)
Data-N is a customized and affordable Data Journalism training package for newsrooms. It aims to help newsrooms with limited resources to produce more engaging, credible and comprehensible journalism. Among the newsrooms that underwent the training are BBC, Malaysiakini, Channel News Asia (Mediacorp), Centre for Investigative Journalism Nepal and Sin Chew Daily. We also conduct workshops for journalists in collaboration with Google News Initiatives on digital tools, data journalism, online fact-checking and many more.
